Reachability from Russia and Belarus is not guaranteed. ISP filtering may affect addresses, whole prefixes or VPN protocols, and routes can change. A successful server-to-server test does not establish access from every residential or mobile network.

47 ping probes returned 752/752 packets. Tartu supplied two probes rather than the three requested. One Stockholm MTR endpoint recorded 6.3% loss (1/16 packets); the other MTR endpoints recorded 0%. The ping run and MTR run are separate measurements. Intermediate-hop ICMP loss alone does not prove forwarding loss.
The incoming probe tests and outgoing Speedtests use different endpoints and methods. Their latencies are not interchangeable. This dataset has no Russia, Belarus or Ukraine source probes.

Yes. Commercial VPN providers are welcome, including businesses whose customers’ traffic exits through their VPS. You are responsible for the VPN software, users, security and abuse response. The Acceptable Use Policy applies.
These results were supplied from the Tallinn host platform to specific Ookla servers. They show measured network capacity at that moment, not a dedicated bandwidth commitment. Your VPS performance depends on the plan, shared resources, encryption, destination and network conditions.
No. Russia, Belarus and Ukraine Speedtests document only the named server-to-server paths. Filtering, peering and residential or mobile ISP routes may differ. Test both directions and your actual VPN protocol before a larger deployment. The Mogilev test reported 1.3% packet loss.
Incoming and outgoing traffic both count at the VPS interface. Forwarding 100 GB in and 100 GB out uses approximately 200 GB plus overhead. Choose your included allowance accordingly and maintain a Traffic Pool balance if using Auto-Hydration.
The service is an unmanaged KVM VPS. You install and operate the VPN software and manage accounts, backups and security. EDIS Global handles the physical platform and provides infrastructure support and documentation.
Linux installers and custom ISO support are available. Choose a plan with sufficient resources for your operating system. Entry-level plans are intended for Linux; consult the current product details for Windows-compatible configurations and licensing.
Run ping or MTR from the networks your customers use to 95.156.206.10 (IPv4) or 2a03:f80:372:c093::1 (IPv6). Use the Tallinn Looking Glass on EDIS Global for tests in the other direction. This published report covers IPv4; it does not establish IPv6 performance.
